Transforming Your Self Into A Powerful New Life
We are facilitating and holding space for women in Greece May 25th - June 4th.
In the first 5 days of our journey, we will lay our heads at night on 7 acres of wild land in Lesvos, Greece where we will embark upon unwinding ourselves; through self-love by diving sweetly into our shadow. We will have a daily practice of restorative yoga with live kirtan, meditation, breath, and rituals. In the evenings, we will have play time, ecstatic dance, and cacao ceremony. Our food will be primarily grown from the land or local food artisans and made with love.
Our time in Lesvos is all inclusive; to/from Mytilene airport to our accommodations, accommodations are included as are all meals, snacks and beverages. And all transportation while on the island via rental car.

The second five days of our journey, we will be in Crete, Greece where we will continue our daily practice of restorative yoga with live kirtan, meditation, breath and perhaps a few surprises. During this time we will be adventuring, playing, sightseeing, taking the ferry to Santorini and spending time at the most breathtaking beaches in Crete. Our food will be prepared by incredible local food artisans and made with love.
In this part of our journey, we are limited to eight women and we only have a few spots available.
Our time in Crete covers your meals, drinks, snacks and stunning airbnb accommodations, and transportation via rental vehicle while on the island of Crete.
All transportation including airfare to and from Greece and inner island flights, ferry’s, excursions, tours etc. are paid for by you.
Based on your departing flight, you will be responsible for your transportation from the Airbnb in Crete to the airport. We will do what we can to accommodate, help and support you in your return travel.

Sherrie Howard is an international singer, kirtan artist, and a 1000-hour certified Kripalu yoga teacher. She has positively impacted thousands of students through her work at some of the most
well-known retreat centers worldwide.
In addition to sharing her voice through her own music, she has sung with some of the most well-known artists in the mantra music community.
Her vision is to bring peace, harmony, and spiritual upliftment into life through the healing vibrations of yoga, connection with nature, and mantra music on a global scale.

Sacred Rituals
Cacao Ceremony
Rituals give the events we experience in our lives meaning, and our lives themselves a sense of purpose. Because a ritual requires preparation and thoughtfulness, they help us shift from “to-do” mode and into presence of that in which we are honoring, letting go of, surrendering to, holding in our heart etc.
A cacao ceremony is a spiritual practice that has been part of some indigenous traditions in Central and South America for centuries. It is a sacred ritual that uses cacao, a plant revered for its heart-opening and healing properties, to facilitate a deep connection with oneself and the divine.
Some Things We'll Do...
Kirtan
A form of dance in which the dancers, sometimes without the need to follow specific steps, abandon themselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy. The effects of ecstatic dance begin with ecstasy itself, which may be experienced in differing degrees. Dancers are described as feeling connected to others, and to their own emotions. The dance serves as a form of meditation, helping people to cope with stress and to attain serenity.
Ecstatic Dance
Derived from a Sanskrit root meaning to call, recite, praise, or glorify, put simply, kirtan is the act of praising and glorifying some form of divinity. While such glorification can be expressed in a variety of ways, including through poetry, drama, dance, or any form of oral recitation, kirtan, in its most well-known form, is the call and response.

The Shadow
Our subconscious and unconscious (shadow self) drive most of our outward behavior.
These un-seen or unaware parts of our personality are the hidden drivers of all the decisions we make, or don’t make in life. The shadow is the foundation of who we’ve become and influences why we do what we do. When we are focused outside of ourselves (seeking to external factors) to find internal peace, validation, and self-worth etc. we are left forever searching- as the answers lie within.
Some Things We'll Do...
It’s all about energetic alignment! Everything we are holding space for is aligned with the land. You will be sharing a bell tent, unless you request (fee involved) a single occupancy tent. The photos shown below are a single occupancy, doubles will have two twin beds.
Facilities at Lesvos
The showers and bathrooms are enclosed and outside.
The showers & bathrooms were built with local wood and bamboo from the land. They offer hot water and oversee the island's coastline.
Meals
We cater your meals according to your preferences: whether vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian or else. We offer meals that will fuel both your body and soul.
The vegetables come from Pagnayoti's organic farm, the fish was fished that same morning on Vasili's small boat, most of the fruits are coming from the other side of the river, Amazones' magical orchard.
The bread is Maria's, down in Tavira. And the feta, it's from Shula, who milks her goat every morning. The plates the food is served on, is just up in the small village of Mesotopos by Madga. And the olive oil that all this food is cooked with? Nikos made it a couple months back from the olive trees that surround his stone-house. WOW!!!
